Integrations
Every form plugin and WordPress feature the plugin protects, and what happens to a held or blocked submission in each.
The plugin protects all of these out of the box. Each integration switches itself on when the plugin it protects is active, and each can be turned off under Cayve → Protection.
Form plugins
| Plugin | Notes |
|---|---|
| Contact Form 7 | Every form on the site. |
| WPForms | Lite and Pro, after WPForms’ own validation. |
| Gravity Forms | Every form. |
| Elementor forms | Elementor Pro’s Form widget. |
| Fluent Forms | Every form. |
| Forminator | Forminator forms. |
| Ninja Forms | Every form. |
| Formidable Forms | Every form. |
| Divi | Divi’s Contact Form module. |
For all form plugins, the visitor sees your normal success message, the entry is saved as usual, and only the notification email is held. Release the message under Cayve → Messages and the email goes out.
A submission your form plugin has already rejected (for example, a required field is missing) is never sent to Cayve and never counted.
WordPress and WooCommerce
| Feature | What happens |
|---|---|
| WordPress comments | Held comments go to the moderation queue; blocked comments go to Spam. |
| WooCommerce | Product reviews are treated like comments. A registration is stopped only on a confident block. |
